Ottie's Trail is a personal walking and exploration app. It is provided as-is for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Your data & responsibility

Your trails, photos and backups are yours and remain under your control on your device and iCloud. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. We cannot recover data we never hold.

3. Acceptable use

• Always follow local laws and stay aware of your surroundings while walking.
• Do not use the Service in a way that endangers yourself or others.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.

4. Price

Ottie’s Trail is free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Map and location data may be inaccurate; do not rely on it for navigation in safety-critical situations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
